The event, organized by the Varieties of Peace research program, was hosted by the Centre of Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and attended by over 60 guests, including participants and several distinguished visitors. The panels were also open for public attendance.
Today's discussions were the first in the three-day conference, which is held under the theme "Understanding Varieties of Peace in Asia". The speech was followed by a short discussion where audience members were invited to participate.
